Stripes Moment

I loved the movie Stripes with Bill Murray. One of my favorite actors of all time since I was a child. Well today I had a "Stripes Moment".
I tried to do some push ups at work. Six push ups is not much. Way to go Fat Matt!

I remember growing up I was always skinny and wished I had a gut to rest my Coke can on. Be careful what you wish for.

This has been a difficult week for me diet wise. This is the last of my addictions. I've never been a smoker. I rarely drink anymore. I know I can do it though.

Big thanks to my fiance Laura for being so supportive while also dishing out some tough love! It's hard for me to take that tough love sometimes. I appreciate your patience. "I appreciate 'ya."
