Walking baby!

And so it has begun! The great fat-ass walk-off. I started walking @ the mall today before work. It was raining outside so I wasn't going to walk but the mall solves that problem. I might have a mall walker shirt made just for kicks.

I walked for 45 minutes @ a fast pace. Talked to another walker and he says he walks three miles a day with his wife and they stay thin because of walking.
